Shoreview, Minnesota Real Estate

Shoreview is located in Ramsey County just north of St. Paul. The landmasses a total of 12.67 mi.² with an estimated population of about 27,000 residents. The biggest growth for the city took place in the cities and 70s and it slowed in the 90s as the city matured and there was no longer much land available. It's one of those quiet little communities that offers a wonderful suburban experience.

There homes of all shapes sizes and price ranges with the average home starting in around $150,000. It's mostly single-family homes but you can find some townhomes as well as a few condominiums.

The largest employer in the city is deluxe checks followed by DJ O global, Target and Land O Lakes. Several of the large networks in town have all of their transmitters and antenna located in Shoreview.

My experience with selling homes in Shoreview has been that many of the clients I work with haven't necessarily considered Shoreview because it's small and not very well known. Many of them start their search in Roseville or new Brighton. I always encourage them to look at Shoreview, Arden Hills as well as Mounds View. Many of the neighborhoods in Shoreview that were built in the 60s and 70s still have very large lots so you can find homes with space as well as finish square footage. It's a very quite community in between 35W and 35E. I like the area because it's very easy to navigate and the neighborhoods are all so nice.
