Woodbury, Minnesota Real Estate

Woodbury Minnesota is located in Washington County in the southeast corner of the greater Twin Cities metropolitan area. Just east of St. Paul along Interstate 94, Woodberry's population is a little over 68,000 people. It's area is 35.56 mi.² with almost all of that being landmass. Even though Woodberry has been an older community, there is been a lot of growth over the last 10 years. It's a hub for a lot of people who come in to work in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area for 3 to 5 years for 3M, Best Buy and many other large companies.

You can find every type of home for sale in Woodbury starting in the low $150,000 range all the way into the millions of dollars. New communities have popped up all over in Woodbury offering clubhouses, community pools, and parks.  It is a quick commute to the Twin Cities so many residents stay.

Working as a real estate agent in Woodbury has been a lot of fun because I've watched that city grow a lot over the last 10 years. For a period there, it seemed like all I heard about was how awesome Woodbury is and how everyone wants to move there. The homes are absolutely incredible and the city has some of the nicer custom-built homes in all of Minneapolis and St. Paul. One neighborhood in specific always pops into my head and that would be Wedgwood. You can find a really nice two-story home with 4000 finish square feet for around $400,000. There is a lot of value for the money there. None of the surrounding suburbs seem to be like it. It's very unique and stands out on its own. The next closest area I could compare it to would be the newer construction they've been doing in Stillwater.
