Vadnais Heights is located in Ramsey County north of Minneapolis and St. Paul by 15 miles. The total square land mass is 8.24 mi.² with an average population of a little over 14,000 people. Badness Heights borders the cities of little Canada, White Bear Lake, Maplewood, North Oaks and Shoreview.

White Bear Lake area public schools number 624 serves a majority of the area Vadnais Heights with the exception of the northwest portion of the city which is served by Moundsville public schools number 621. The city has well over 100 acres of parkland including picnic shelters, soccer and softball fields, baseball fields and hockey rinks.

Majority of the homes were built in the 1970s but you still can find some new construction. All shapes sizes and price ranges are available. Mostly single-family homes but there are townhomes as well

As a Real estate agent working in Vadnais Heights, I have found that many of my clients who purchase homes there are looking in White Bear Lake. Some of them are looking farther in and work their way north to the city. I've heard that the easy on easy off of 35E is very appealing for commute. They seem to have a pretty good variety of homes for sale in all price ranges. Reasonably priced two-story homes is always a plus so if you're going to consider white bear or even Roseville perhaps you should also consider Vadnais Herights, that's the advice I give my clients.
