Osseo, Minnesota Real Estate

Osseo is a city in Hennepin County on the upper northwest corner of the Minneapolis-St. Paul area. It's located at the highways 169 and 81. It was founded in 1875 with about 2500 residents. The entire city is less than a square mile and is often overlooked by home buyers. It's located close to Brooklyn Ctr., Maple Grove, Plymouth as well as Brooklyn Park.

The schools that are within the city limits of Osseo are the Osseo Junior high school in the Osseo Senior high school. The elementary schools are all in the surrounding cities.

Osseo has a variety of different hoses for sale in all price ranges, shapes and sizes. You can find single-family homes, townhomes as well as a few condominiums.

Osseo in my opinion is one of those cities because it's small that gets overlooked a lot. I like what Osseo has to offer because it's small and point. It's a little bit different than Brooklyn Park to its East or Maple Grove to its west. A lot of the homes were built in the 70s and 80s. But they have been expanding and there is still some new construction although not a lot. Most of that has pushed up into Maple Grove. Homeowners seem to like Osseo because of its proximity to Highway 610 and 169. You're close to all of the retail in Maple Grove as well as Brooklyn Park.
