Many home buyers choose Lakeville because of the ease and commute to either of the downtowns. Plus you get a lot of value for your dollar when purchasing a home in Lakeville.

I sell a lot of homes in Lakeville because of all Lakeville has to offer. As a realtor who is had extensive experience with buyers and sellers in this city, I have learned some really wonderful things. First and foremost buyers looking to purchase in Lakeville are coming because of the schools. Not only do they have two high schools that are both award-winning, they have very balance curriculum with all of the other schools in the district. My clients have also shared with me that they like how easy it is to hop on 35W to get to downtown inside of 25 minutes. The other big draw is credit River Township. Credit River Township is Lakeville schools located in prior Lake. But people consider it to be Lakeville. This community is unique in that the majority of the homes are acreage properties. Typically 2 to 5 acre parcels in neighborhoods. However, you can find hobby farms and other acreage properties as well. So when it comes to a diverse selection of homes for sale, Lakeville seems to have it all.
